Xcaret Parks
As guests of Hotel Xcaret Mexico, you have access to all the Grupo Xcaret parks at no extra cost. These parks are: Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor/Xplor Fuego, Xavage, Xoximilco & Xenses. Additional information on each park can be found by clicking the link below. Please note that except for Xcaret & Xplor/Xplor Fuego, reservations are required for the parks. Reservations can be made through guest services starting 30 days prior to your arrival. Guest Services can be reached at 1-844-795-4525 or by emailing dxguestservice@hotelxcaret.com
Xcaret Tours/Excursions
Guests staying at Hotel Xcaret Mexico can also book Xcaret Tours at no extra cost with the exception of the Xichen Deluxe Tour which requires payment of a government mandated fee of approximately $33USD. Diana and I have done the Xenotes tour and it was a lot of fun. We highly recommend that tour. More information on each tour can be found at the link below. Reservations can be booked starting 30 days prior to your arrival by contacting guest services at dxguestservice@hotelxcaret.com or 1-844-795-4525.
On Site Restaurants
Hotel Xcaret Mexico has several restaurants that are included with your stay. Most do not require reservations unless you are trying to have a "semi-private" dinner for a larger group. There are 3 restaurants which are not included and cost extra. These restaurants are: Ha', The Dominical Brunch at Las Cuevas and Fuego (note: if you are staying in Casa Fuego, you have access to this restaurant at no extra cost. Only guests staying in one of the other 4 casas will have to pay). We have put together a PDF file that includes some extra information on each of these restaurants and a chart with all the parks and restaurants that require reservations (see link below).
