Villa Anvers

180 Chemin du Phare, Bidart, Nouvelle-Aquitaine 64210, France

This is where we are going to have our celebration on Saturday night. This would be our BEST recommendation if you were to stay in Guethary. Wake up with the most epic view. Hotel

Villa Catarie

415 Avenue du Général de Gaulle, Guéthary, Nouvelle-Aquitaine 64210, France

If you're looking for a more luxurious experience this hotel is considered a 4 star hotel and is in the center of the village!

Hotel

Hôtel Balea

106 Rue Adrien Lahourcade, Guéthary, Nouvelle-Aquitaine 64210, France

If Villa Anvers is not of your liking and you're looking for more of a "hotel feel" we would recommend Hotel Balea. It's on the other side of the village but Guethary is a small village and everything is walkable! Fun fact about this hotel it was previously my grandma, my mom, my sister and I elementary school! And in 2015 it became a hotel when Guethary built a new elementary school.

Hotel

L’escale surf hostel

39 Avenue Harispe, Guéthary, Nouvelle-Aquitaine 64210, France

If you're feeling more up for an adventure, Guethary has it's own hostel with private and shared room available. It is also in the center of the village and could be a more affordable option.

Flight

Biarritz, Bordeaux or Bilbao

Biarritz would be the closest place to fly into. If you're coming from the USA the easiest is to fly to Paris and then take a Paris-Biarritz. If those options don't work you can also fly into Bordeaux or Bilbao that is situated at 1h30 away. If you fly to Bordeaux you can take the train until Bayonne or Guethary. If you're flying to Bilbao I recommend renting a car.

Train

SNCF TGV

France have one of the best train system in the world! If you're interested in that option you can also take a train once you get to France to come all the way to Guethary!
