2020: One of our first photos together- during the COVID conception where we dated on the Elisha’s patio!!

June 2020: Our first date and also our first vacation- we ventured outside to go to Mission beach together for the first time. We still love going there for our San Diego vacations :)

July 2020: Endless COVID summer! Soaking up the time before Lily would head off to Chicago for nursing school.

August 2020: First (of many) Chicago pizza dates and also the beginning of 1.5 years of tough long distance!

August 2021: Made it off the mainland! We went to Oahu, Hawaii for DJ’s 26th birthday and got to stay with DJ’s other “brother” and best man, George, and his wife, Natalie. Amazing memories 🌸🪸

September 2021: COVID still in full force, another trip for DJ to Chicago, this time with Mary, Joseph and Isaac to see the sights of Chi town!!!

December 2021: Officially moved in together into our first (tiny) apartment in Palm Desert!! A huge step as DJ came to the desert from Banning and Lily moved 2 streets away from her parents 😂

March 2022: Lily’s nursing school graduation - finally Lily, MSN, RN! Couldn’t have done it without the endless support from my DJ.

November 2022: ENGAGED!!!! With the most surprising and intimate proposal of the century, DJ proposed with an heirloom ring of Mary’s, reconstructed with love. It was perfect 🩷

February 2023: MOH and her esteemed and honored guest of the wedding of Lily’s best friend, Emily to her Matt. A long weekend of wine, laughter and love!

June 2023: DJ’s graduation from nursing school, a longgg time coming! Finally David, RN. After being an LVN for many years, we celebrated one of his biggest achievements with his family!

September 2023: Engagement session on Sunset Cliffs- we love our love!!!
