What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive to the venue about 30 minutes before the ceremony begins so that you will have enough time to park, and walk to our ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm.

Will the ceremony & reception take place outside?

Answer

Yes, all events will be held outside. We would strongly encourage our guest to bring a light jacket, nights in mid November tend to be a bit chilly.

Where should I park?

Answer

Please park in the highlighted parking lot zone as it is the only place to park for the venue. There is NO parking on the venue property as there is not enough room. As you make your way off Sand Canyon road and onto Valley Ranch road you will approach a left turn. On that turn, you will see a parking sign indicating where to park for the wedding. There will be parking attendants to help guide you to find the Venue for the Ceremony and reception. Thank you so much for coming and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!
