Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15th, so we can have an accurate headcount. To RSVP, please use the RSVP tab on this website.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Both traditional Indian clothing and formal American wedding attire are welcomed! The couple will wear traditional Indian clothes for the ceremony and will change for the reception. There will be time to change between events if you'd like to do the same. If you are interested in wearing traditional Indian clothing to the wedding but need assistance reach out and we'll be happy to help!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Lunch will be available starting at 10:30am prior to the ceremony. Ceremony begins at 12pm, so please arrive and find your seats 10-15 minutes before the ceremony starts.

Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors. Cocktail hour and reception will also be indoors.

Will there be transportation between the hotel and venue on the day of the event?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle service to and from the hotel and wedding venue. The shuttle pickup at the hotel will be approximately 5:30pm. It will be first come, first serve. On the way home there will be two trips, one approximately 10:45pm and the other following the end of the reception which ends at 11:30pm.

The venue has a large parking lot and parking is free. There will also be a shuttle to/from the hotel.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones/cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

Do I need to reserve a room in the recommended hotel?

Answer

Not at all! While we have a room block at Doubletree Mt Laurel, 15 minutes from the venue, we encourage guests to stay where they are most comfortable, whether that is a hotel, AirBnB or other option.
