Rob and Divya first met in Princeton, NJ in June of 2017. What was supposed to be a casual first date ended up lasting several hours. They discussed several important topics including their differing sports allegiances, Rob's dislike for mousse and their shared love of family. They both remember leaving that date thinking that this felt different. That kicked off a summer of super dates which included sampling all of the dessert in the local area. After Rob (unsuccessfully) tried making it official while on their 4th date at the end of June, over melting gelato seemingly wasn't the best of timing, Divya finally convinced Rob to make it official that July. Since then it has been 6 years of adventures, travel, countless laughs and memories made. Rob pulled off the ultimate surprise proposing to Divya on the shortest hike they have ever been on. They could not be more thrilled for this next chapter of their life to begin and are so excited to celebrate with family and friends this August!
