Travel Note
There's no obligation to stay at a hotel if you live nearby, although you are certainly welcome to. There is plenty of parking available at Wolf Trap - you may leave your car overnight if needed, please be sure to pick up your car before 10 AM the next morning. Wolf Trap Address: 1551 Trap Rd, Vienna, VA 22182 The ceremony and reception will be held in the Associates and Terrace Pavilions. You can see a map of the grounds below.
Hotel
We have reserved a hotel block at the Hyatt Regency at Tysons Corner Center. Please make your reservations by April 4th, 2025 - our hotel block is linked out directly below (View). Please note that the hotel block will only show availability for Friday and Saturday night - if you would like to extend your stay, please give Hyatt a call. You are welcome to stay at other hotels in the area, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation to Wolf Trap if staying elsewhere.

Shuttle

We will be providing a direct shuttle from Hyatt Regency to Wolf Trap on the day of the ceremony for hotel guests. If you are not staying with us at Hyatt Regency, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation to the wedding.
Flight
Dulles is the most convenient Washington-area airport to our wedding venue and hotel. If are staying with us at the Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Hotel, you can take the metro directly from the airport to the Tysons Corner Metro Station via the Silver Line. Rental cars, taxi, and uber/lyft are also available.
Flight
Reagan/National is another viable option to fly into the area. Metro access via the blue line is available. Rental cars, taxi, and Uber/Lyft are also available.
