Please kindly RSVP by March 1st, 2025.
For our fusion wedding, we ask that guests dress in either semi-formal American attire (dresses, jumpsuits, suits) or Indian attire (lehengas, saree, kurta, sherwani). Please note there will not be a place to change onsite between ceremonies. This is an outdoor wedding, and the ceremony/reception spaces (including dance floor) will be on deck material - please be mindful of the shoes you choose to wear (a thicker heel is recommended - perhaps avoid stilettos!).
We will have a direct shuttle from Hyatt Regency to Wolf Trap on the day of the ceremony for hotel guests. If you are planning to stay at another hotel or location, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation to the wedding venue. There is plenty of parking available at Wolftrap - you may leave your car overnight if needed, please be sure to pick up your car before 10 AM the next morning.
We will have light refreshments between ceremonies. After the ceremonies, we will move to a traditional cocktail hour with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. For dinner, we will serve an "around the world" reception featuring dishes from Asian, Caribbean/American, and Middle Eastern cuisines. We will have ample vegetarian options available.
We love your kiddos, but let's keep the juice boxes at home this time! Your understanding in our wish to have a primarily adult-focused celebration is greatly appreciated.
