Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at Shepherd's Hollow the lot is right across from the venue. We also encourage carpooling or using rideshare services.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional. Men: - Preferred: A tuxedo with a black bow tie, a formal white shirt, and black patent leather shoes. - Alternative: A dark suit with a tie. Women: - Preferred: A formal evening dress. - Alternative: A cocktail dress or an elegant pantsuit.

Will the ceremony or reception be held outdoors?

Answer

If the weather cooperates, the ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will be held indoors. If it rains, both the ceremony and the receipt will be held indoors.

Are there transportation options to and from the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle servicing the hotel for transportation between the hotel and the venue. The shuttle will leave before the ceremony and after the reception. You will need to sign up in the lobby ahead of time. There will be a 3:15pm and a 4:15pm shuttle. The shuttle from the venue to the hotel will run from 8:30-11:30pm. There will be another late night shuttle for transportation between the venue and the after party bar at the Union Woodshop.

The ceremony starts at 5pm sharp, so we recommend getting to the venue around 4:30pm.

Sure! Just be mindful of the people around you and our photographers.

We love your little ones, but outside of the families that have been informed, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night off!
