***Use the LINK BELOW (click “view”) to book your room at a discounted rate. This is the only way you will be able to reserve a room from the wedding room block. Rooms must be booked before April 22, 2026*** Kate and Mike have organized a room block for May 14th and May 15th with Mohegan Sun. There will be a SHUTTLE provided to bring you to and from the ceremony/reception site. Check in at Mohegan Sun is usually at 4pm, so if you are staying with us there, please request an early check in or consider staying over the night prior (Thursday, May 14th) so that you are able to board the SHUTTLE TO THE VENUE at 2:30pm. The shuttle will be on site at the venue for the entirety of the reception and will be able to bring you back to the hotel at any time. The last shuttle will leave the reception at 10:00pm to return to Mohegan Sun. If you have any questions regarding the room block for the night before (Thursday May 14th) or the night of (Friday May 15th) please contact Kate or Mike directly.
