What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 6:00pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive at 5:30pm to enjoy the champagne greeting and find your seating.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot at the venue, and valet parking will be provided. Please note that transportation will not be provided for guests staying at off-site hotels, so we kindly ask everyone to plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! The dress code is formal attire. We encourage our guests to dress up, express their style, and have fun with it ! Outfits along the lines of a classic suit, a sleek dress, a chic jumpsuit, or colorful accessories are perfect.

Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy their meal comfortably and safely. Please share any food allergies or dietary needs with us. The Hilton dining staff will also be available to assist you when ordering your meal during the reception.

Check-in at the Hilton Pearl River begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
