getting around the 'burgh

We are so excited to welcome many of you to Pittsburgh, especially those who are visiting the "burgh" for the first time. Although Pittsburgh has a lot going for it - beautiful rivers, centuries of history, and an awesome food scene - public transit is not the best. For those coming in from out of town we recommend staying in a neighborhood close to the ceremony and reception, such as East Liberty or Shadyside. The downtown is also a good option that's only a 15-20 min Uber ride from our venues. For guests arriving at the Pittsburgh airport (PIT), you can either take an Uber from the airport to the city, or there are some public transit options via bus.
