Question
What will the Italy wedding timeline be like?
Answer
Our wedding will follow a more traditional Italian timeline which is unfamiliar to most of our friends and family. The Ceremony starts promptly at 5pm and the Apertivo (Cocktail hour) will be about two hours long following the ceremony. There will be drinks and appetizers served at the Apertivo. The reception will go until 1am and will consist of multiple dinner courses throughout the night with dancing in between. Dessert and digestives will be served around 11pm after the cake cutting.

Will the Italy ceremony and reception be held indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Ladies, please consider your heel type when selecting shoes to wear in grass! If you choose to wear a stiletto heel, Amazon sells plastic covers to make it easier to walk in grass.

What if all the BnBs listed in the travel tab are booked?
Answer
You may utilize booking.com or a similar website at your discretion to find a BnB in or near Chieti. If you need any additional assistance please reach out to Marissa and she will work with her wedding planner to find you accommodations in the area.

What is the easiest way to travel around Italy?
Answer
We recommended you travel by train, bus, taxi, or uber. If you choose to rent a car, please do so ASAP as car rentals will be scarce due to the Jubilee year.

What time should guests arrive to the Italy ceremony?
Answer
Guests should arrive between 4:30-4:45 for the best seats. Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins!

What will the timeline be like for the Florida reception?
Answer
We will be hosting a cocktail hour from 5pm-6pm where there will be drinks and passed hors d'oeuvres. The reception will start at 6pm where there will be dinner and dancing!

May we attend the Italy wedding and the Florida reception?
Answer
We prefer you attend one or the other as the Florida reception is mainly for those who will not be able to make it to our wedding in Italy. ☺︎
Question
What happens if I missed the RSVP deadline?
Answer
The RSVP deadline is June 10th. If you have missed the deadline you will be marked as not attending. Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate guests that RSVP after June 10th. If you RSVP'd as attending but can no longer make it, please let the bride, groom, or their parents know ASAP.

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?
Answer
Due to limited capacity, plus ones will not be given out unless listed other wise. To check if you were given a plus one click on the RSVP tab and enter your first and last name. Your entire party should be listed below and will say "Guest" if you were given a plus one.
