This is where we'll host a welcome toast the day before and the after party immediately following the reception. It's an 8 minute ride from the venue, about 2.5 miles. We'll have a shuttle between the hotel and the venue to bring guests to the wedding and then the after party. **6/25/24 UPDATE** This hotel recently underwent renovations during the off-season and informed us on wedding-week that their occupancy permits for their common spaces (lobby, reception, lounge, restaurant, and bar) have not come in, which means we sadly won't be abe to use those spaces during our destination experience. This, however, will not impact our use of guests' sleeping rooms, the bridal suite, and the outdoor pool & patio. We appreciate your understanding and patience through this disappointing development. Rate information: The rate is $345/night* for Sat 6/29 & Sun 6/30. Fri & Sat arrivals require a 2-night minimum and Sun arrivals can book just 1 night. The cutoff date to book a room at this rate is 5/18/24. The room rate was updated on 2/1/24 from $395 to $345 and 2-night minimum requirement was relaxed for Sunday arrivals. All existing and new reservations in our room block will be adjusted to the lowest rate. However, if the pulic rate is lower than it is with our code, book online without our code and call the hotel to let them know that your reservation is part of our room block. They'll honor it and include your room in our committed block count.
