Unfortunately, our venue is about 30 minutes away from the nearest hotel, but we have done the research and this is our top pick! We have set up a block of rooms which can be booked online by clicking "view" below. You may also call and request to book with the "Mendez Parker Wedding". Please make sure to book by March 23. If for some reason all rooms in the block have been booked, please call or text the number listed on your RSVP card.

Shuttle

Transportation To and From Hampton Inn & Suites

A shuttle will run for guests staying at Hampton Inn & Suites Shelby to the ceremony and reception site. The shuttle service will also take guests back to the Hampton after the reception. Alcoholic beverages will be served so we want to make sure that everyone has a safe option to get back in case there are more "toasts" than expected. :) Please note that, per the venue, all vehicles left overnight will need to be removed from the premises by 10am Sunday morning.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)

Charlotte Douglas International Airport is the best option if you are needing to fly in to celebrate with us. It is about 45 minutes away from Hampton Inn & Suites in Shelby, NC, and about 1 hour and 15 minutes away from the wedding venue.
