Check-in at Willow Ridge is at 4 pm. If you’re staying with us at the hub, feel free to arrive as early or as late as you like and come and go as you please. If you’re staying offsite, you too, please come and go as you like. We will have the house stocked with food, beverages, and all the essentials. If there are particulars or anything you know you will want or need, please feel free to bring them along. There will be plenty of space to store!

Welcome Dinner

Please spend the day enjoying yourselves as you like! There are plenty of hikes to explore in the Pisgah Forest, views to see in the Blue Ridge Mountains, shopping to be done in Asheville, or relaxation to be had on the patio. Come dinner time we'd love to share those cold feet with cocktails and enjoy a few brews before saying our I Do's. Whether we call it a A Welcome Party, Rehearsal Dinner (there is no rehearsal), or as Dillon likes to say, our Pre-Game Dinner, we’d love to have a casual evening breaking in the residence with some food and drink. **Casual attire, please! Lawn Ceremony!
10:00 am
Our ceremony will be taking place on the lawn of our residence. Regarding attire, think more the direction of Garden Party or Backyard Wedding Formal, and less Black Tie Event, Real Housewives Couture, Ladies Luncheon or Men's Golf Outing. Dresses (any length and color other than white), jumpers, and rompers are perfect for the ladies. Long sleeve dress shirts, slacks or kakis are great for the men. There is no need for suits or a sports coat if it makes you feel too stuffy, and keep in mind that your stilettos may sink into wet grounds.

10:30 am - 11:30 am
Our dear photographer, Krista (cute name, huh?), will be taking photos immediately following the ceremony. We plan to get plenty of photos with each and every one of you, but we’ve also asked her to take individualized family photos of all of you during that time as well. We hope you don’t mind!
Brunch
12:00 pm
Help us celebrate after the ceremony with lox and a champagne toast, a Bloody Mary with sausage and eggs, or a pastry dipped in your coffee.
Dinner
4:30 pm - 11:45 pm
We’ll start with hors d’oeuvres and move to dinner around 5:30-6. We'll enjoy a toast or two and end with dessert. There will not be a DJ, but we will have music (dance if you wish), fire pits, and entertainment by the means of yard games and those who have had one too many to drink.
