Getting to Kings Road Yard. Pontcanna is a residential area with a lot of ‘resident only’ parking. There is the odd space that can be found but we would recommend either coming by taxi or if you need to come by car there are the following car parks: All the Cardiff Council car parks are pay and display from 9am - 6pm. • Severn Road Car Park, 104 Cowbridge Road East CF11 3DU. (8min walk) • Llandaff Fields car park, Pontcanna, Cardiff CF11 9PQ (9min walk) • Fields Park Rd, Pontcanna, Cardiff CF11 9JP (11min walk) • Gary Street Carpark, Pontcanna, Cardiff CF11 9NJ (11min walk) • Harvey Street Pay and Display Car Park, Canton, Cardiff CF5 1QS (12min walk)
Flight
BRISTOL AIRPORT: As nearby airports go, Bristol Airport has the best flight options available. With low cost flights from France, Italy and Turkey. Once arrived to Bristol there are various ways one can get to Cardiff: - COACH: The National Express coach can be taken from the airport straight to Cardiff, however you may be restricted with departure timings. - TRAIN: Take the Bristol Airport Flyer Bus straight to Bristol Temple Meads Train Station. From there, direct trains depart to Cardiff every half hour. (Make sure this is the direct train option with no changes) - TAXI: Once landed and out of the terminal you will find 'Zoom Cars' on the left hand side. You can book a taxi direct to Cardiff from there. Their prices range from £135 to £155. - CAR RENTAL: There are various car rental agencies found at the arrivals terminal. CARDIFF AIRPORT: If anyone is flying into Cardiff Airport, one can get to the city with the following: - TRAIN & BUS: (We Do not recommend this route however...) One can catch the 905 Rail Link bus to Rhoose Railway Station. Trains run from Rhoose Cardiff International Airport railway station every hour from Monday to Saturday and every two hours on Sundays. -TAXI: Flight Link Wales can be found at the arrival terminal and usually cost around £50 to get into Cardiff Central. However you may find a better deal prebooking a taxi using Veezu or Uber.

From London Paddington. There are direct trains running every every hour. (Make sure this is the direct train option with no changes) From Bristol Temple Meads: There are direct trains departing to Cardiff every half hour. (Make sure this is the direct train option with no changes) Ultimately, Cardiff Central Train Station is well connected to all the main cities in the UK via rail, whether it be direct or with connections. Upon arrival to Cardiff Central, a quick taxi ride will get you to Kings Road Yard in 10/15 minutes
