How do I RSVP?

Please RSVP via the tab on the website.

Can I bring a plus one or my kids?

Answer

The RSVP tab will list the invited count, including plus ones and children.

How do I book a room?

Answer

Please visit the Travel tab for a discounted room block for the hotel. The room can be booked via the link or the phone number listed. If calling, please indicate that you are with the Chokshi-Hira wedding so you can be added to the room block. The last day to book via the room block is October 28, 2025. Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, self-parking is available at the hotel. Both hotel guests and event-only guests are able to park in these spaces without restriction and free of charge.

Is there transportation to/from the airport?

Answer

Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide a shuttle to/from the airport. Both DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport are located about 20-30 minutes from the hotel.

Will I need my own transportation?

Answer

All events are located at the Renaissance Dallas Addison unless specifically indicated. Guests who wish to extend their stay in Dallas before and/or after wedding events are welcome to use ride share or rental car to access locations around the city.
