Mariah is Shannon's little sister (even though everyone thinks that she is older than Shannon). From fighting when they were younger, (keep the bug spray cans away from her) to eventually becoming best friends, they have a sisterly bond that can never be broken. You can count on Mariah to speak up for you when you don't want to tell the waiter your food is wrong, to talk you through all the mental breakdowns you may have, and to humble you when your eyebrows are wack.

Jeff was introduced to Luke by Jay during freshman year and have been best friends ever since. Jeff and Luke have bonded over their love of cigars (which definitely started after the Illinois legal smoking age of 18).
Nathalie Francia

Meeting in kindergarten, Nathalie has been Shannon's longest friend. Who knew that when Nathalie asked Shannon to help pass out her birthday treats, they would become best of friends. From cheating on homework together, to supporting each other through life's ups and downs, their friendship has lasted 26 years and still going strong! You can count on Nathalie to be your go to baker, kill it in karaoke, and to be the group mama to keep us all in check.

Luke met Austin through Alex and immediately knew they would be friends forever. Austin and Luke bond over their love of emo music. Luke frequently gets irritated with whatever comes out of Austin’s mouth but at the end of the day, thinks of him as a brother.

Although Erica and Shannon met in middle school, they didn't fully slide into the best friend zone until high school. But from that time on, it's been nothing but crazy adventures for them. From sleeping at Erica's house every weekend in high school, to eventually becoming real roommates during their 20's, they have been inseparable since. You can count on Erica to be your travel buddy, the one who will create the perfect Spotify playlist for any occasion, and to dance battle someone on the dance floor (watch out!).

Luke and Alex met at the Holly F transfer dorm at USF. Alex and Luke bond over their love of video games, fishing, and Zac Brown Band.
Markita Lilly

Shannon met Markita thru a mutual friend (Kim Nachazel), during a visit to ISU where Kim and Markita were roommates there. After bonding over their love for Lana Del Rey, they become immediate friends. From their CUSA days to much more low key activities now, they continue to be best friends! You can count on Markita to ugly cry over anything with you, to always be down to go all out on Halloween costumes (Cat/Dog forever), and to always be your hype girl.

Luke met EJ in high school but became close friends once Luke and Shannon started dating. You can find EJ and Luke at the wee hours of the morning eating salt and pepper pork chops at Chinese restaurants (totally sober of course).
Kim Nachazel

Shannon met Kim in first grade (her second longest friend!). After that it became Shannon, Kim, and Nathalie together for everything. From their girl scout days, to playing rockband at Kim's house, to now being long distance besties, their friendship has remained the same since the very beginning. You can count on Kim to go to any EDC music festival with you, to always be down for any adventure, and to know all the best cruises to go on.

Luke met KJ in high school but became close friends once Luke and Shannon started dating. KJ and Luke bond over their love of golf (which Luke got KJ into) and sports gambling (which Luke also got KJ into). Luke apologizes to KJ’s wife Erica for this.
Destiny Rodriguez

Shannon technically met Destiny in middle school when Destiny had recently moved to the area, but they didn't become close until high school. Once they were in high school, and after having a lot of classes together, their friendship blossomed to what it is today. From tagging along to teepee houses with Destiny for cheer, to becoming roommates in their 20's, and even working together for a brief time, their friendship continues to be strong. You can count on Destiny to give you all the fashion advice, pull out her Bachata moves on the dance floor, and to always be down for an unlimited mimosa brunch (especially a drag one!)

Luke and John met at the Holly F transfer dorm at USF. Luke and John were roommates their second year at USF. John and Luke bond over their love of late-night fish sticks and tuna melts.
Kimberly Nguyen

Kimberly and Shannon met in middle school, and became close thru their mutual group of friends. Although, they went to different high schools, the friendship continued to stay strong. Kimberly loved a camera (and still does lol) and you can find hundreds of hilarious videos of them from back in the day when they used to think they were pop stars in music videos. You can count on Kimberly to know a dance to basically every song, to make everyone perform a TikTok with her, and to get drunk off of one shot.

Luke and Matt met at the Holly F transfer dorm at USF. Luke and Matt were roommates their second year at USF. Matt and Luke bonded over their love of staying in on weekend nights in college (Luke was studying, Matt was watching sitcom reruns).
Olivia Koch

Olivia was introduced into the friend group in high school, and even though she didn't go to the same school as the group, she quickly became friends with everyone. Shannon and Olivia hit it off instantly, and created a great friendship. From garage parties, CUSA days, a brief time together at NIU, to now living far away from each other, they still remain as close as ever. You can count on Olivia to always be down for a good local dive bar, to make you laugh, and to always need to sit in the front seat or she'll get carsick (so she says..).

Chase is Luke's younger brother. Luke and Chase bond over cars and messing with their sister Paige.
Paige Jarvis

Paige is Luke's younger sister. It has been wonderful to witness Paige and her twin brother grow up from when Shannon first met them at 10 years old, into their teenage years. Shannon could not ask for a better bonus sister, and she is so excited to call her a SIL soon! You can count on Paige to be medaling at every gymnastics meet, most likely beat you at Spot It, and always call and sing happy birthday to you on your birthday.
