Neighborhoods: (1) Clarksville - close to downtown and walking distance to Lady Bird Lake and some of our favorite coffee shops, bars and restaurants; (2) Zilker/South Lamar - easy walk to Lady Bird Lake, downtown, coffee shops, bars and restaurants; (3) Downtown - easy access to Lady Bird Lake and central area with access to surrounding neighborhoods (Clarksville, South 1st, etc).; (4) South 1st - close to South Congress (shopping, bars, restaurants), Lady Bird Lake and downtown; (5) Tarrytown - our neighborhood. Close to Lake Austin but less walkable to downtown (5 min drive) compared to Clarksville or downtown proper
