Will there be a welcome event?

Answer

Yes! We are planning on having a welcome get together at a local bar on Thursday, August 6th, after the rehearsal dinner. More details to come!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved blocks at two hotels, the Hilton Garden Inn Valley Forge/Oaks and the Hampton Inn & Suites Valley Forge Oaks. Please go to the travel tab for booking information!

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, will take place at the Phoenixville Foundry, in Phoenixville, PA. The ceremony (weather permitting) will take place outside.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on the invitation. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire, think long dresses for women, and suits/tuxes for men. Please be mindful that the ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has onsite parking. You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight if needed, but we encourage guests to take the transportation provided from the hotel blocks or use Uber/Lyft.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Get ready to party and please tip the bartenders!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding day as an adults only event, with the exception of a few that will be a part of our ceremony. Please let us know if you will need assistance with childcare recommendations in the area!

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony is unplugged. We have hired amazing photographers and a videographer to capture our special day! We can't wait to take photos with you during the reception!

Is there any after party?

Answer

Yes! We will be heading to Molly Maguire's Irish Pub and Restaurant after the wedding to keep the party going! If you would like to head back to the hotel, the lobby bar at the Hilton Garden Inn is open until 2:00 AM.

Is there anything to do on Saturday?

Answer

Yes! If you want an extra day of fun or a day to recover, we will be staying in town and will be doing a bar crawl in Phoenixville! More information to come!
