Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Diego Perdomo and Nadia Delle Donne
Since our ceremony begins at 11:00 AM and the reception doesn't begin until 3:00 PM, we wanted to share a few ideas for our guests visiting from out of town in case you don't want to head back to your hotel or Airbnb between events. Since the Church is in Coral Gables and the reception is out west near the Redlands, there are plenty of beautiful spots to explore along the way! Just please keep track of time and allow enough time for traffic so you arrive at the reception by 3:00 PM to celebrate with us. Some ideas: - Grab lunch or cafecito at a local Cuban restaurant/café - Explore local shopping or outdoor plaza - Take photos around the city or by the water - Explore the University of Miami campus across the street from the Church - Visit a nearby coffee shop or bakery - Freshen up at your hotel and take some time to recharge before dancing the night away We'll also be adding some of our favorite local recommendations below!

Miracle Mile

Miracle Mile, Coral Gables, FL 33134

Enjoy walking around Miracle Mile in Coral Gables where there's shops and restaurants!

Giralda Plaza

141 Giralda Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33134

Also near Miracle Mile, this is an outdoor plaza great for enjoying some scenery, taking pictures, and walking around until the reception begins!

Shops at Merrick Park

4310 Ponce de Leon Boulevard, Coral Gables, FL 33146

This is an outdoor shopping mall with restaurants and a farmer's market on weekends. It's popular for locals and is fun to walk around seeing all they have to offer.

Versailles Restaurant Cuban Cuisine

3555 Southwest 8th Street, Miami, FL 33135

For an authentic Miami experience of Cuban food, go to the venanita and have some Cuban coffee and freshly made pastelitos and croquetas. This is a Miami staple and a great way to re-charge before the reception.

Madruga Bakery

1430 South Dixie Highway, Coral Gables, FL 33146

Not a traditional ventanita-style Cuban spot but amazing pastries, coffee, and a very brunch atmosphere near the University of Miami.
