When Should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly offer your official RSVP no later than May 8, 2026 to help with our planning if you haven’t already. We hope you can make it!

Where Will the Ceremony and Reception Take Place?

Answer

The wedding will take place in St. Augustine/Vilano Beach. The Ceremony will be held on the beach of Mussallem park and the Reception will take place behind the house that the Bridal Party is staying at.

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

If your guest's name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we are keeping this wedding an intimate event with only close friends and family because the venue only gave us a limited number for the guest list. Thank you for understanding!

Where Can I Stay?

Answer

Look up Castle Otttis on Vrbo or Airbnb. This will help you find the perfect location to stay near the reception venue and will be close to the ceremony location. There are plenty of Vrbos and Airbnbs around the area that are close to the reception location or the ceremony location. There are also a few hotel options; however, they are on the other side of the island, so a rental car is recommended. Please feel free to reach out to me for any suggestions on where to stay or flight help. I am a certified travel agent, so I am happy to help with any accommodations needed, just reach out but no pressure!

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Please park and start getting seated no later than 4:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 in the evening on June 13, 2026.

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

The attire will be Semi-Formal Beach Attire. Think linen pants and short sleeve button up shirts/Hawaiian shirts for guys and maxi dresses and sun dresses for the girls. I would love to have everyone wear bright colors if possible. Please wear what makes you feel most comfortable though. Please note that the ceremony will be held in the sand on the beach, so please consider this when choosing your shoes. You will also have the option to take off your shoes and go barefoot if you would like.

What Is The Order Of Ceremony Events?

Ceremony - 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM Shuttle to reception - 5:30 PM-6:15 PM Cocktail Hour - 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM Dinner - 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM Toasts and cake cutting - 7:00 PM Dancing - 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM Grand Exit - 9:55 PM Reception ends strictly at 10 PM The shuttle service will take guests back to their cars parked at Mussallem Park

Will There Be Any Pre-Wedding Events?

The Wedding Celebration will be a 5 day/4 night celebration starting June 11-15. We would love for everyone to celebrate the whole time with us; however, please do not feel pressured to stay the whole time. We just request everyone to be in town by Friday afternoon if possible since we will be including everyone for the Rehearsal dinner on June 12th. For wedding party, they will be staying the whole time with us if possible. For family members, we would love if you could celebrate the whole time; however, we understand if you are not able to. We just kindly request you to be in town (St. Augustine/Vilano Beach) before Friday night for the rehearsal dinner. More details on the Rehearsal dinner to come. Again, the Rehearsal dinner will take place Friday, June 12th and again we would love for everyone coming to the wedding to come to this.

Will there be any Post Wedding Events before everyone heads home?

Please join us at PK’s Roosevelt Room from 9 am-11 am in downtown St. Augustine for a final farewell wedding brunch before everyone heads home and Diego and I head to our honeymoon. Brunch and drinks will be provided. We hope you can make it!

What Are the Wedding Colors and Can I wear them?

My beautiful Bridesmaids will be wearing different colors, but the color palette is Pink Coral, Orange and Yellow. The only thing we ask is to please be mindful of colors traditionally reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory) - otherwise, feel free to wear what makes you feel great!

Is There Parking On Site?

Answer

Yes! Please park in the Mussallem Park parking lot and walk across the street to the beach for the ceremony. The shuttle will pick everyone up from Mussallem Park after the ceremony and take everyone to the reception. At the end of the night, the shuttle will take everyone back to their cars.

Will there be a Shuttle Service?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle service will be for after the ceremony to take everyone to the cocktail hour/reception then back to your cars at the end of the night. Please view the schedule page for more in detail times for the shuttle.

What Will The Weather Be Like In Florida In June?

Answer

Florida is very unpredictable! In June, St. Augustine experiences hot, humid, and rainy days. Let's pray for perfect weather; however, please come prepared for temperatures ranging from a high of 90 degrees and a possible low of 70 degrees. Please make sure you have sunscreen! Since the ceremony will be later in the evening and outside, I am not too sure what the weather will look like, so please be mindful of this.

What's On The Menu?

Asian Hibachi! It will be a buffet style and there will be teriyaki chicken, seasoned beef, and shrimp as well as fried rice, grilled veggies, ginger salad, and sauces

Will There Be Alcohol?

Answer

Yes! There will be beer and a few canned options.
