FAQs

If you have anymore questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to (530) 510-8540 or sophiejoybaird@gmail.com
Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:30 pm, however we ask you arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony time to ensure you're seated and ready for the festivities!

Question

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Formal spring style: long dresses or gowns for women, dress shirts with nice trousers for men. Jackets and ties are optional. Please no all-black or all-white outfits. We’d love to see guests in cheerful colors, neutrals, or florals to celebrate the season. We can't wait to see you all dressed up!

Question

CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, they'll be listed on your RSVP. We wish we could invite everyone but due to limited space we unfortunately can't.

Question

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

While we adore kids, our wedding will be mostly adults-only. The only little ones attending will be our flower girl, ring bearer, and a few family members. If your kids are invited, you’ll see their names on your invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

HOW TO RSVP?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by February 1st. To RSVP make your way to the "RSVP" section on our website. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP?

Answer

Due to venue limitations and our need for a final seating and meal count, we can only accommodate guests who have RSVP’d. If we don’t receive your RSVP, we unfortunately won’t be able to reserve you a seat at the ceremony or a plate at the reception. Please be sure to RSVP by the date listed so we can plan accordingly!

Question

WHERE ARE YOU REGISTERED?

Answer

You can find our registries linked on the "Registry" page. We're registered at Crate & Barrel and Amazon! Both are linked right on our Zola registry page for easy access.

Question

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We are opting for an unplugged ceremony! Please leave ceremony photos to our lovely photographer, but feel free to take as many as you like during the reception!

Question

CAN I POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA ONCE THE KNOT IS TIED?

Answer

Once the Bride and Groom announce to the world that the knot is tied, feel free to post. Please refrain from pictures of the wedding until then. We have spent a lot of time and money planning this event, so please respect our big moment and allow us the honor of unveiling that to the world!
