Casual: Wear something comfortable that won't impede your bean bag throwing or beer lifting skills.
Teams will be made. Games will be played. Respect will be earned. Trophies will be won. And to everyone else, at least there's good beer and wine in the sun.

Costumes: Our favorite! Theme: S & I - As an ode to the couple, we will be trying to come up with outfits that start with either S or I.
Cocktail hour starts at 5PM, dinner starts at 6PM. Don your costumes for a Friday night welcome dinner and evening soiree. Regarding costumes: Play it simple, or go full out (you know we will). For those that accidentally forget their costumes at home, we will make sure to bring some of our costume bins to dig through, so you don't have to miss out. We are very flexible on descriptors to sneak it in... Silver Pirate? Aye-aye. Intergalactic hippie? Far out.

Yoga in The Woods

An optional event for anyone looking to wake up while stretching it out. All levels welcome (even the newbies!). Noah will be guiding us through a calm and easy 30-40 min session to start off our wedding day right.

Happy hour will follow the ceremony with small bites and drinks on the lodge balcony. Then we will transfer over to the garden patio for dinner. Dinner will be buffet style with many options to choose from to suit all tastes. Following toasts and food, we will move into the lodge to dance the night away.

Come join us for coffee, mimosas, and some delicious morning bites, as we try to pull through the hangovers from the night before.
Wedding Hangover Hike

An optional event for anyone looking to see a little more of the mountains and woods that Ben Lomond has to offer. We will meet after the Brunch at Sequoia Retreat Center and decide on a good, easy hike nearby that we can all carpool to. Feel free to text us to find out the destination if need be.

Chicago Reception

For all those who are unable to come to our California ceremony, we will be holding a reception near Chicago two weeks after the ceremony. Dinner and drinks will be served. We have a large room and bar rented upstairs just adjacent to the restaurant's public roof deck. Roof area will have heaters which will be nice for stepping out for some air. We do plan to dance the night away by the bar. This will be an all-adult invite list for the night. So for one night, you are free from the kids! Come out for some fun! If this is an issue holding anyone back from coming, please reach out and we can see what we can do to accommodate.
