Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

RSVP is closed as of February 14, 2026. Due to vendor requirements, we’re only able to include guests who responded by this date. The RSVP included questions regarding dietary allergies and the shuttle service. If any changes need to be made to your original answers, please contact Garrett and Didi directly.

Will you be providing transportation from Austin?

Answer

If you plan to stay closer to Austin, we are providing a shuttle service to and from the venue, departing from the Aloft Austin at The Domain (North Austin). If you are staying elsewhere in Austin, you are welcome to Uber to/from your accommodations to the hotel to leverage the shuttle. Departure (Aloft Domain → HRR): Loading at 3:30 PM CST. The shuttle leaves promptly at 3:45 PM CST. Return (HRR → Aloft Domain): 11:30 PM CST If you did not note that you would be using the shuttle in your RSVP, but now plan to, please contact Garrett and Didi directly.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire (suit/tie for men, mid-length to floor-length cocktail dresses for women). Please be mindful of shoe selections as the venue will require walking across manicured grass and gravel roads. All colors (other than white ;) ) are perfect!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available on the ranch. Please note our venue is located on 540 acres, though GPS will only take you to the entrance gate. You will be driving about 2 miles on the ranch before reaching parking and the venue site. Follow the signs and if you’re lucky, you’ll spot game animals along the way.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We plan to have an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly request phones to be away during this time.

Are plus-ones allowed?

Answer

We can only accommodate those specifically listed on the front of your invitation envelope. When you RSVP, all invited guests in your party were explicitly listed as well. Thank you for understanding.

Our wedding is a 21+ only event.

When Should I Book Travel and Lodging?

Answer

Please see Travel tab for more information. While our wedding will take place an hour north of Austin, there will be 300,000+ people expected to be traveling into Downtown Austin for the South by Southwest Festival March 12-18, 2026. Prices will spike 3-4x regular rates. We encourage you to not wait and reserve flights, rental cars, and hotels as soon as possible!
