Because the retreat center is not a regular hotel and we prepaid for all the rooms, we have to handle room reservations & payment ourselves. Reservations will be made through Joe’s mom, Susy Sing. 🚨 TO HOST AS MANY GUESTS AS POSSIBLE, WE WILL BE PRIORITIZING DOUBLE AND MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY ROOM RESERVATIONS. Contact us with questions! There is a Guest Kitchenette — the fridge will be stocked with water & Cheerwine. Overflow accommodations. This is a highly rated hotel right off I-40, and approximately 20mins from the Catholic Conference Center (reception) and 10 mins from St. Aloysius (wedding).

Shuttle

Hickory Hop - commercial shuttle to/from Charlotte-Douglas Airport

https://www.hickoryhop.com/routes/ There is a regional shuttle that runs a daily schedule to and from the town of Hickory and the Charlotte airport. There are fare fees which are posted on the website. If anyone chooses this option, let us know and we can see about arranging to pick you up at the Hickory drop off and bring you to the retreat center.
