What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:45 pm to give yourself time to be seated by 5pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes at the ceremony please park at the Trillium Lake campground boat launch parking area. We will also have some extra parking space at campsite #12 next to the amphitheater if you want to park closer or get dropped off there. At the reception, drive past the first parking lot at the Ski Lodge to the upper parking lot in front of the Timberline Lodge, if parking attendant is present say you are there for the Dickerson wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, you are responsible for your own transportation.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar from 6-9pm. Please keep in mind the lodge is at 6,000 ft elevation so drinks may hit a little stronger if you aren't acclimated. ;) Be sure to hydrate if you plan on drinking!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal, suits and dresses are welcome. Prepare for cooler Oregon weather especially later in the evening.
