What is the attire?

Answer

The attire for our wedding is formal; black tie preferred. Men: Suits or tuxedos Women: Floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses You can wear whatever colors you like :)

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Rancho Las Lomas in Silverado, CA. They will be held outdoors in the El Teatro area of the venue. The address is 19191 Lawrence Canyon, Silverado, CA 92676.

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to give yourself time to find your seat, so there are no distractions once the ceremony starts.

Where do we park?

Answer

We’ll be providing valet service, so there’s no need to worry about parking! When you arrive at the venue, simply pull up to the valet area near the front entrance, where the team will assist you and park your car safely. The valet service is pre-paid, so no payment is necessary—though tips are always appreciated if you wish to show your gratitude.

Are kids allowed?

Unfortunately, beyond our immediate family, kids will not be allowed at our wedding. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony and would greatly appreciate it if you kept cameras and phones away and on silence during the ceremony so we can all live in this special moment :)

What food will be served and what if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

There will be two meal options to choose from when you RSVP, along with a vegetarian choice. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please contact me directly and be sure to note them when you RSVP and select your meal, so I can inform the catering team.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes, we’ve secured a discounted wedding room block at the Ayres Hotel & Spa in Mission Viejo–Lake Forest. To book at the special rate, just use the link below to access our personalized reservation page—the discount will be automatically applied. You can also click the "Travel" tab for more details about the hotel and a direct link to the reservation page. The reception will end at 10pm!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar featuring a variety of liquor, beer, wine, seltzers, and specialty “His & Hers” cocktails, along with non-alcoholic soft beverages.

Will you be having a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be hosting a cocktail hour with an open bar and a variety of passed hors d’oeuvres before the reception begins. The cocktail hour will last for 1.5 hours.

Where are you registered?

We’re registered with Zola and Amazon. While we don’t have many items listed since we don’t need much for our home, we would absolutely LOVE if you’d consider contributing to our honeymoon fund, which is also included in our registry! :)

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The average temperature in Silverado, CA, is typically in the high 60s to low 70s during the day, cooling off in the evening and nighttime. Since the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket just in case it gets chilly.
