Costa Rica is a tropical Paradise. Although February is dry season, it can always rain. Temperatures are always around 30°C in Santa Teresa. Bring rainforest, jungle outfits, a light raincoat and a lot of bathing suits and sunblock. The wedding is on the beach, men can wear short sleeved linen shirts and shorts and women light dresses, colourful and tropical. No heals recommended.
