Brooklyn Bridge
The entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge is right around the corner from Roulette! Walking across the iconic Brooklyn Bridge is so fun. The walk is about 30 minutes and is gorgeous at sunset. It will be cold so bundle up! The bridge spits you out near Wall Street district in Lower Manhattan.
Brooklyn Bridge Park
Brooklyn Bridge Park has an incredible variety of things to do right on the water front. There are indoor sports centers, ice skating, restaurants, and bars. There is even a carousel!
Barclays Center
Barclays Center is like Brooklyn's version of Madison Square Garden (thank you JayZ). It is home to the Brooklyn Nets and also serves as an awesome concert venue. Check out games or concerts for the weekend of our wedding!
BAM Howard Gilman Opera House
Brooklyn Academy of Music is home to some of the most incredible dance, music, and opera performances. Similar to Broadway, BAM is quiet on Monday nights. Usually you can find a great show weekend evenings and Sunday afternoons.
Atlantic Terminal
Atlantic Terminal is basically Grand Central Station of Brooklyn with shopping! It's right across the street from Barclays Center.
Fulton Mall
Fulton Street mall is Brooklyn's very own outdoor mall....kind of...it's one giant, gritty street full of stores. If you have an itch to do some shopping, this is the block to do it.
Grimaldi's Pizzeria
Grimaldi's is Brooklyn's best pizzeria. Enough said.
Rooftop Reds
This is a really cool rooftop vineyard overlooking the Manhattan Skyline. You must make reservations in advance, but it's definitely worth the good wine and view! There are also movie and yoga nights!
Fornino At Pier 6
Fornino is a along Pier 6 in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Great pizza, good beer, and very family friendly!
Root Hill Cafe
Root Hill Cafe is a super cute cafe with great breakfast foods and espresso! It's walking distance from our wedding area and has nice murals to see on the walk.
