Pre-wedding day cook-out and Karaoke

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

This is a casual event. There will be food, karaoke, and alcohol.

We will be serving chicken, steak, fish, and vegetables kabobs with veggies, pineapple, and grilled bread. If anyone would like to contribute in any way, we would welcome assistance! We will have a mic and amp set up with a projector to display karaoke lyrics. Please provide us with at least one song that you could delight us in singing. We will make sure to have that song available for you. A note about children: children are welcomed to attend and participate in all events. There are extra spaces for them to choose a song as well. Please understand that alcohol will be served at this event and the reception. On the subject of alcohol, we will not have a full bar. Therefore, if you have a personal preference, please feel free to bring your own.

Wedding

6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

This is an informal outdoor event, so dress comfortably.

Transportation will begin collecting guests from the hotel lobby at 6:30 PM. The cave is about .75 miles from the hotel and no parking. The trail from the drop off location is pretty flat and a very short walk to the ceremony spot. The ceremony is expected to be about 30 minutes long. We will be standing. We apologize for this. However, we are not allowed to impede traffic as it is a public space which will be open. In the event of impending inclement weather, the ceremony time may be changed at the last minute. Once we're hitched, transportation will be available to return everyone to the hotel.
