Curtiss and Diana are flying from Chicago to Porto on Monday (October 4th) night. We will stay in Porto on Tuesday night then head to Lamego on Wednesday afternoon. We will spend Thursday at the hotel finalizing details with our wedding planner. We hope to enjoy an informal dinner or drinks with anyone who makes it into Lamego on Thursday evening.
Lamego is about an hour-and-a-half drive from Porto. Renting a car is a great option. Cabs / Uber's are also available. Fares will likely be around $120 and we suggest coordinating with other guests to share costs if you go this route. There is also a cheap bus that takes about 2 hours and costs only $15 or so. The bus runs once a day from Porto to Lamego (Citi Express). It leaves from Porto at 5:15 p.m. and gets into Lamego at 7:25.
