Hyatt Ziva is an all inclusive resort, any wedding guests that choose to stay at a different hotel/resort will have to pay a resort day pass of $180 per person to attend the events, so please take that into consideration when booking your stay. After booking your room, the full stay will be charged 30 days prior your arrival date. For assistance to change credit card information please call 1-(888)452-3643 Due to a local tax, all guests are subject to pay a municipal/local tax upon check in of ~$5 USD per night. At the time of check in, a ~$550 hold will be placed on your credit cards. Please consider that only credit card is accepted for this hold, no cash, no debit. Otherwise, you will not be able to check-in.
