Will transportation from the airport to resort be provided?
Answer
Due to several guest arriving at separate times, there will not be a shuttle provided to and from the airport. Hyatt Ziva offers round trip services for an additional cost. Please email transport.hyatt_ziva_cancun@playaresorts.com to book your shuttle. There are several taxis and shuttles at the Cancun Airport upon arrival as well but please keep in mind they do charge more. PLEASE DO NOT USE UBER IN CANCUN. Last day to RSVP is January 19, 2025, but please RSVP as soon as possible.

Will the wedding ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors.
