1) St Augustine Beach: spacious, multiple access points to access beach, free, easy to find parking. 2) Big Talbot Island State Park & Little Talbot Island State Park: Big Talbot is more primitive, with natural landscapes like the famous "Boneyard Beach" Both have great (less crowded) beaches ($5 entrance fee) 2)Kathryn Abbey Hannah Park: excellent place to surf, less crowded beach, hiking trails ($5 entrance fee) 3)Fort Clinch State Park: Big fort near Fernandina Beach. Highly recommend driving to the downtown of Fernandina Beach afterwards and checking out their downtown bars specifically the Palace Saloon (oldest Bar in FL)
