Diana and Jackson matched on Tinder in 2017, both freshmen at the University of Utah. The first message Jackson asked after introducing himself was: “Where do you go skiing?” Diana replied that she had a season pass to Brighton, a ski resort in Big Cottonwood Canyon. It was one of the first places they bonded over, both loving the snow and the mountains. Their first date came shortly after at Johnny Rockets in the Gateway Shopping Center.
