Maid of Honor
"Luckily for Claire, she only had to live 585 days without me before I entered her life as her younger sister. Even luckier for me, I didn’t have to live a single day without her by my side. My favorite memory with Claire is that in kindergarten, Claire would sometimes disappear. Aubrey Gingston would then magically appear. She looked just like Claire but with a floppy sun hat. She said she was from Ireland (but had a British accent). After over 20 years, Claire has never met Aubrey. I wonder if she’ll be invited to the wedding…"

Words from Charles on Liam: “I’ve always cherished competing with you in races, 24 card game competitions, Pokémon matches, Yu-gi-oh duels, and our endless discussions about Avatar: The Last Airbender, Dragonball and Naruto. Studying Chinese for four years and traveling to Washington D.C, Spain and China have made our bond uniquely special. My favorite memory is when you gifted me law school admissions materials and studied with me for the LSAT a seventh and final time, because without your unwavering support, I wouldn’t have become an attorney.”

“Peak Claire & Phoebe collab was when she was in high school and I was in junior high — must be because it was then when we had the same intelligence level. All jokes aside, Claire was always the more fun sister, making me feel special, as though she actually wanted to spend her time with little obnoxious me. One of my favorite memories from this period of our lives was when I was 13 and I watched A Nightmare On Elm Street, and 17 year old Claire opted out of the viewing. After setting her Hello Kitty alarm clock and turning off the lights in our Pepto Bismol colored room, I waited a few quiet seconds before yelling “TINA”, imitating Freddy Krueger’s voice. A firm “get out” was all I heard from her before the lights were kept on for the remainder of the night. Still one of the funniest things I’ve done — maybe you just had to be there.”

Alex met Liam in graduate school at UCSB, eventually becoming coworkers, labmates, workout-mates, housemates and close friends. Alex's favorite memory of Liam comes from when Liam presented Alex with a beautiful, personally-made commemorative gift upon Alex's graduation.

"I’m Claire’s oldest Asian sister, Maria. One of my favorite memories with Claire is when visiting her in New York. We had dinner one night — a flight of lasagna and some great drinks — and talked for hours about our lives. It was such a heartfelt, wholesome time. I very much enjoy our conversations, and I can’t wait to share some more with her and Liam."

"One of my favorite memories of us when we were kids was starting our own business which we tried to turn into a tv show. Our resilience as a team and as best friends showed that nothing can stop us through the ups and downs. It's amazing to me that even though we lost contact for years, after running into each other on a flight back from LA, we were able to pick right back up where we left off. You are and always will be my brother and I love you and I can’t wait to welcome Claire into the family. We've been together from the beginning and will be until the end!

“Claire Diamond is truly one of the most special people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. She was one of my closest and dearest friends in college, then roomie. Although there are so many memories to choose from, my favorite has to be when I visited her and Zach in New York, and she had absolutely no idea I was coming. The look on her face was priceless and we had the most amazing time together.”

Zach has been lucky to call Claire one of his best friends since they met in their first days of college in 2017. While there are too many to list, his favorite memories include exploring and living together in Boston and NYC, talking music, movies, and Selling Sunset, and getting a front-row seat to watch Claire turn her dreams into reality with faith, passion, and hard work. She’s one of the most inspiring people he knows, and he’s so honored to stand by her side as she and Liam begin this next chapter!

I met Claire freshman year in Fall 2017, and she quickly became one of my first and fastest friends. I think we mutually decided to keep each other around after surviving our first jazz class with Lil Carter. From that point on, we were in it. We got through “special sessions” together, took long walks to Ipswich that doubled as free therapy, and leaned on each other while trying to figure out BoCo. Some of my best memories are the simple ones. Classes that felt impossible mostly because we couldn’t stop laughing and were both terribly cursed dancers. Late-night talks during the COVID summer about our fears, hopes, and everything in between. Claire playing with my hair in Helen Lewis’ pointless class. Visiting her and Liam in Santa Barbara. Even when we lived far apart, she never stopped being a friend I could confide in, laugh with, or discuss Taylor Swift with. I’m lucky to call Claire one of my best friends, and even luckier that she wants me standing by her side.
Flower Boy
Claire is Freddie’s nanny! The smiliest boy there ever was, Freddie lights up Claire’s days with his giggles, messy eating habits, love of his dog Chica, and lots and lots of reading (big fan of flap books and Eric Carle). Freddie’s favorite memory with Claire: “eeeehhhhhhhh ehhhh ehhh*” *We’re working on using his words.
Ring Bearer
Claire was Will’s nanny for 2.5 years while they both lived in NYC! Claire and Will spent their days chasing pigeons in the park, taking walks in Murray Hill, smelling candles in Target, and sharing Claire’s protein bars. Now living far away, they miss each other dearly, Will remarking, “I have not seen her in a very long time.” They have left an indelible mark on each other’s lives, and can’t wait to reunite at the wedding and celebrate! Will’s favorite memory with Claire: “Playing at my old house.”
