Once the agent locates the group in the system, they will ask the guest which room type they would prefer and will then take their information along with a credit card to guarantee the room. The agent will also be able to answer any questions or requests the guest might have. A little extra information on the hotel, they are 100% non-smoking & offer complimentary hot breakfast daily.
