No, this is a day to have without your kids if you have received an invitation to the wedding. There will be kids from the bridal party attending the wedding. Please find childcare if I have not had a conversation with you prior that your child will be allowed to attend this day.

Texas formal is a dress code that combines formal wear with Western-style elements, allowing for personal expression beyond traditional formal attire. For men, this can include a suit with a bolo tie, or dark, dressy jeans with a sport coat and boots. For women, it typically means a mid- to full-length dress or cocktail attire, which can be paired with heeled cowboy boots and a cowboy hat if you choose to go with that.

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.
San Antonio International Airport (SAN) is the closest airport. The hotel will be accessible from SAN via ride share or rental car.

The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.
