Are children welcome?

Please refer to your invitation. Only addressed guests are invited. Sorry we couldn't invite them all.

Where should I book a room?

Answer

You shouldn't! This wedding is taking place out in the forest. There are very limited summer-camp style cabins that we have allocated to certain folks. For everyone else, we're highly encouraging you to camp on-site. Tent camp...bring a trailer...car camp...You can do it all. Camping is very highly encouraged. This is a casual wedding. You will have access to outdoor showers, restrooms, and your meals will be provided. Just bring somewhere to sleep and whatever else you might need!

Can I have a cabin?

Answer

Probably not. Cabin's are very limited. They are shared-space, house-like cabins that we have reserved for certain family and friends. If we have a bed in a cabin for you, you will see it as an option when you RSVP and we left you a note on your invite. If not, we really hope you choose to tent or trailer camp onsite and enjoy the weekend with us.

How much is lodging and food?

Answer

If you are staying on-site your meals will be provided (see the Travel and Lodging tab). If you are staying in a cabin bed, the rate is $150 per person. If you are tent camping or bringing an RV/Trailer, the rate is $70 per person.

Can I arrive early?

Answer

No. We are not allowed on the premises prior to 3:30pm on Friday 8/21. Feel free to explore some of the beautiful surrounding areas if you must arrive early.

Are my pets welcome?

Answer

No. As hard as we tried to find a place that had everything we wanted, we had to sacrifice pets. The venue does not allow pets of any kind, no exceptions.

What's the weather going to be like?

Answer

What else should I bring?

Answer

Anything you think you might need! It's a haul back to a store or town, so be prepared. If you bring any food or drinks, bring coolers and ice! Bring your camping gear, your smile, and an appetite for a good time and you will be alright!
