Question

Is there a deadline rsvp for all events?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 3rd, 2026 so that we can get an accurate count of the number of attendees.

Do I need an invitation to all the events?

Answer

No! If you have received your invitation and can see this, we would love for you to join us for all 3 events! We know it may be difficult to make it to both days so we would love to have you no matter which event or events you are able to attend! Please remember to RSVP to each event separately so we know how many to expect.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely, we would love to see your little ones join us in celebrating our big day! We will have a space filled with games they can enjoy at the Carrus House. Adrian says he will help keep them busy! We completely understand if you would like to come sans-children but do know they are welcomed. Please let us know if your child will be attending, we will be ordering a separate lunch for the kids at the Gurdwara.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We aren't allowing plus-ones at our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. We opted for a more intimate celebration for close friends and family.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Overall the dress code for our celebrations is semi-formal. Gurdwara Ceremony Out of respect for tradition, we kindly ask all guests to dress modestly, ensuring legs and shoulders are covered. You will be required to wear a head covering and take off your shoes while in the prayer hall. Please avoid wearing red, all white, and all black. Indian Attire (Optional & Encouraged!) If you’ve been waiting for the perfect excuse to show off your Bollywood style, this is your moment! Guests are welcome to wear traditional Indian attire if they’d like. Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Gurdwara - Please be prepared to spend partial time outside for the festivities before we head in to the facility to continue the rest of the ceremony. Carrus House - The ceremony space will be inside for the entire duration. The reception will be held here as well and functions as an indoor and outdoor space

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Each event has their own start time and we will be starting them promptly. Please attempt to get there 30 minutes before the start times as indicated on the Schedule tab to ensure you don’t miss any of the festivities!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Gurdwara- There is plenty of free parking available at the Gurdwara. They have their own parking lot attached. Carrus House - We will have access to a parking lot adjacent to the venue. There will be ample free parking in this space. There will also be plenty of street parking available.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Gurdwara- After the ceremony, we will be having Lungar (Lunch) at the Gurdwara. You will be able to enjoy some vegetarian Indian food! Carrus House - After the ceremony, we will be taking pictures with our bridal party and family. During this time no one will have access to the venue as they will be preparing it for the reception. We ask that you return for cocktail hour starting at 6pm. In the meantime, enjoy the surrounding Valley Area or get some rest before the party begins!

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Heck yes, we will get the party started with our open bar and appetizers we know you will love.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

We will have vegetarian option available within our buffet. Please inform us directly if you have any food allergies.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Our guests are welcome to enjoy a fully-equipped open bar with bartenders available from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Tipping is optional. Let’s have a great time together but remember to be safe, have a DD, and plan your travel to accommodate your good times!

Are pictures allowed during the wedding ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

We would love to see our big day from your perspective! Photography will be permitted, but it is important to be discreet and not to block the view of other guests. We will also have professional photographers documenting the day, so please be mindful as they work.

Are there any cultural traditions or best practices guests should be aware of?

Answer

We'll be having a traditional Sikh wedding ceremony on 7/10/26 and the bride will be wearing a red bridal lehenga. Please refrain from wearing red and white to honor the bride. We know many will have questions about the ceremony, so we have attached some links to help provide you with the knowledge you need to be prepared. Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love and your lovely faces are a gift in itself. We regret to inform you that we do not have a registry at the moment. However, you can contribute to our honeymoon fund if you wish to give a gift. If you'd like to bring a physical gift, there will be a gift table available for your convenience.
