Betty is truly one of a kind! As the sister-in-love to the bride, she has watched Amanda and Dexter’s relationship grow and flourish throughout the years. As the protective big sister, she may seem quiet, but she will definitely let you know not to mess with them! As long as Kayla is around, you’ll never be thirsty; she is the queen of making everyone a drink and getting the party started with a round of shots. Shanelle is known for her infectious personality that brings good vibes and laughter to any room. Shanelle and Amanda met in college where they both surprisingly made it out with honors, although they were just as wild back then! Shanelle welcomed Dex with open arms and you can always catch her being “Team Dex” by telling him “Dex don’t let Amanda boss you around. Use that money to buy me some Jordan’s bro” LOL. If you’re looking for Shanelle, she’s probably behind the bar OR maybe even standing on it! Meet her there and she will have a drink for you!

Kendra is truly one of a kind! A God sister to the bride, she surely has a heart of gold and is always thinking of others. Kendra teaches others to go with the flow and let life be! She is known for always checking in on Dex and Amanda to see how things are going. As one of the most humble people around, Kendra will jump in to offer a hand in anything others need. Although reserved, Kendra is sure to bust out a 2-step when the drinks start flowing. Tae is known for her creative attention to detail, her quiet yet observant personality, and her loyalty to others. Tae is truly a ride or die and down for a store run at any time of day. Although reserved, you can always catch Tae being the supportive one who laughs and records all the shenanigans. Tae is known for her loyalty and prayers of wanting every good and perfect thing for those she loves!

Leandra aka the girl who will talk to anyone, make friends with anyone, and be nice to everyone. Leandra and Amanda met in college at Virginia State University and have been inseparable every since. If you ever need someone to take a trip with you, Leandra is most definitely your person. She is known for never being home and the friend that must share her location, because truly and honestly, the girl could be on a trip to space and living her best life. Leandra is the flexible friend who has a heart for people. Her open heart allows her to always remember the small and important details to make you feel special. She’s a friend that loves love and couldn’t wait to meet Dex. You might catch her dancing, singing a tune, laughing, or making a new friend. Whatever she’s doing, she will give you a reason to smile and live your best life!

Twilite is a ray of sunshine and always brings light to any room she graces. Twilite and Amanda met and grew as close friends when Amanda relocated to the Richmond area. Twilite is surely the grounding friend who is always down to teach Amanda some NY lingo. She’s the auntie that will tolerate all the kids and the friend that will keep your hair in tact! You can catch her busting a move the moment no one is looking and being the responsible one who makes sure everyone gets home in one piece. Whether you’re enjoying a night in or a night in the town, Twilite is always there to have a good time and bring a great vibe!

Jovan better known as “Von” is a cousin of the groom. Von and Dex are sure to make bets, talk smack, and get you drunk! Von is surely the dare devil and the competitive soul of the group! Always down for a turn up with friends and family. Dex and Von can usually be found off to the side laughing at old inside jokes or reminiscing on the “good ol days”. One thing’s for sure, Von is always down to push you outside of your comfort zone…even if it means agreeing to a bet or competition that you have no business being in. If you drink with Von, please have your DD ready and be prepared to say “whew, we had a time last night”!
RJ Brown

RJ is a cousin of the groom. If you know RJ, you know he’s always down for two things…a vibe and the ladies! Catch RJ taking a shot or spitting game to some eye candy! RJ and Dexter can be found joking about old times, drinking a corona, or talking about trucking. After a shot or 3, you can also catch RJ screaming “Manda!!” from across the room. If you want to have a good time, you should definitely catch a vibe with RJ. Look fast and you might just catch him on the dance floor in a circle of ladies!

Montel aka Mr. Camera Man! Montel is always photo ready and casket sharp! Montel and Amanda met in college and he soon built a friendship with Dex in 2016. Montel is the friend who knows all the lit city spots! He’s quick to share a date night suggestion with Dex and Amanda or a restaurant suggestion. Montel is known to bring a good vibe, talk smack, and come with a new liquor to try. Always there to make you laugh or give you sound advice. Montel is sure to turn heads when he steps into the room! Always smiling and ready to keep the party going! Look close and you’ll probably see him photo bombing you in the background of all your pictures while flashing a drink!

Marquis aka Margarita Marquis aka Quis the Beast! If you’ve been around long enough, y’all know who Marquis is. King of the dance floor, the most frequent customer at the bar, and the one who thinks every event is his time to shine. Marquis and Amanda met in college and have developed a brother/sister relationship since. Of course, Dex or “DJ Dex Drizzle” as Quis calls him, have become thick as thieves throughout the years as well. Marquis is known for being his crazy, wild, life of the party self wherever he goes. One thing he’s going to do is eat, drink, and have a jolly good time! When he disappears, just know he probably quietly called earl and returned to the party like nothing happened. Look up and who knows where you’ll catch Marquis. He could be at the bar, maybe at the buffet, in the corner talking smack, or in the middle of the dance floor doing all 3! Yup! He might be on the dance floor with a plate in his hand, yelling to the bartender to make him a drink all while telling everyone else they can’t outdrink him. Wherever he is, he’s always hard to miss and definitely one to remember!

DaQuan is a friend who is more like family to Amanda and Dex! DaQuan’s eye for fashion and motivational personality makes him a great quality friend to all who know and love him! DaQuan will never allow you to give up on your goals or quit on your dreams. There have been countless days where you can catch DaQuan texting Dex asking “alright bro, when we going ring shopping? I’m not trying to get beat up by Amanda. Come on now Dex, you taking too long you know Amanda is crazy”. DaQuan is one to make you laugh so hard you’ll spit your drink out. A fan favorite, DaQuan is surely a supportive friend who is down to listen, push you to be great, and celebrate you when you get there. Somehow, he always knows what you’re thinking or what you’ll like. DaQuan is sure to have you laughing all night and then tell you “girl I was drunk 3 drinks ago” when y’all are trying to figure out who’s driving. As long as DaQuan is around, you’ll never be bored, boring, or basic! Look fast and you’ll catch him hyping others up to be their best selves while he drinks to your success!

Tremayne is the bonus brother of Amanda and Dex! Tremayne was happy when Dex came into Amanda’s life as it was a weight lifted off his shoulders. He used to say “Amanda I’ll be glad when you find a man so you can stop asking me to do everything for you like I’m your man or something.” LOL! Tremayne is the one who will walk in your house without knocking, get mad because the door is locked, ask you why you don’t have his favorite juice waiting for him, and finally sit down to make himself at home. Tremayne loves making others laugh and feel good about themselves. His creativity makes him a man of many trades. He’s willing to “try” almost anything when it comes to being creative and getting the job done. Tremayne is known to hype you up on the dance floor, randomly make you laugh, hold inside jokes for eternity, serve face, and slay any outfit. Tremayne might not suggest a drink however, he sure won’t turn it down. Need a drinking partner? Tremayne is always up to make bad decisions that turn into the best memories! Catch him while you can because he’s the best hype man!

Andre is Amanda’s big brother. Andre was happy to meet Dex and finally have another guy around to chill with. Andre is known for his go with the flow attitude and chef it up in the kitchen skills. He’s known to have Amanda beg him to cook whenever he’s around and then finally give in. He brings a smile to many faces and as long as he’s around you’ll never go hungry. Andre is always encouraging Amanda and Dex to take advantage of their young years, explore the world, and set themselves up for an amazing future. While he may not like being the center of attention, you can be sure that he’s going to capture the moment. Catch him off to the side recording those he loves living their best lives and making memories of a lifetime.

Tianna better known as "Tee" is a long time family friend of Dex. Tee and Amanda clicked the moment they met and have been up to no good ever since. Tee is all about family, black love, and growth. Tee is often found hosting events that keep memories alive and family together. Tee has many gifts which explains why she is always able to jump in and help get the job done. Whether the moment be serious or silly; please know that Tee will never pass up a chance to make others laugh. She is known for her bright personality and for being natural comedian. Although she's probably one of the funniest people you will ever meet, please don't let that confuse you. If anybody needs "checking" she will do that too. Catch Tee being protective of those she loves while always taking every opportunity to celebrate and honor them as well. She is always down to join the party and pour up the shots. If she's tied up in something else, just make sure you put her shot to the side...she is on her way! Catch her on the dance floor with a bottle in her hand saying "Manda...Manda stop hiding! It's your turn to take this shot! I'll take mine if you take yours!" LOL.

Neil and Amanda met through their previous job and he soon became a great friend to Amanda and Dex. Neil is known for his humble spirit. He is a sounding board for many and will listen while offering his support/advice. Neil is one of the hardest working people you will ever meet and is dedicated to getting the job done. With that being said, if you work hard, you have to play hard too! Neil is known for a good balance and known to make a surprise visit if it means supporting his friends. Although quiet, Neil is a man of many trades and will do whatever it takes to show up for those he loves. Give him a drink and the laughs are soon to follow. He will be sure to check in the next day to let you know "that party was lit, and the food was bussin'" LOL! Catch Neil and his laid-back personality relaxing off to the side while the drinks sneak up on him!
Antjuan Walker

Antjuan is a college friend of Amanda's. Antjuan is known to talk to anyone and make them laugh within seconds of meeting them. To no surprise, he of course keeps Dex laughing until his stomach hurts any chance he gets. Antjuan's natural ability to make others laugh helps others forget about their troubles and live in the moment. Although funny, Antjuan can also be the wise friend as well. He is willing to listen to you share your dreams/aspirations and hold you to them as well. There's never a goal he will let you forget and never a time he won't inspire you to get back up no matter what may knock you down in life. To know Antjuan is to love him. Whether he inspires you on purpose or just by being his wild and unpredictable self, once you meet him you will never forget him. Catch Antjuan on the dance floor battling anyone who steps up to the challenge...kids included! He will hype the party up and simply ask that you have his drink ready for him after he breaks it down on the dance floor. Meet him there and you won't regret having the time of your life!
