Maid of Honor
Cortney and I have been friends/sisters since the 7th grade. Our friendship has evolved into an amazing and lifelong relationship. We bring out the best in each other, and are quick to check the worst in each other. She is an amazing and confident women that has always had my back through thick and thin. Currently, she is a branch manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and constantly exploring many business opportunities to continue your growth.
Maid of Honor
Ariel is my oldest friend, our story begins at Hull Jackson Elementary between the ages of 5-7 in violin class. I can't truly remember the first day I met and became friends with Ariel because that is just how long we have been friends. She is my ride or die and I'm hers. She is the very necessary calm to all of the storms that I may have caused back in the day. Ariel is poise and sophisticated young women ready to take on the world. We both share a love for nursing and aspire to help others. I always knew on my wedding day she will be standing right next to me and I am so grateful.

Jiah and I met at Fisk University during my Senior year. She was one of the only people there to truly reach out to me at my fairly new school and befriend me. We are line sisters of the best and first sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority incorporated. She is the hardest worker I know, and presents herself with such grace. I aspire to be as level headed as she is, and admire her drive to help others within the community. I am so happy that she is able to be a part of my big day.

Amanda and I met at Hollins University. We both played on the lacrosse team and instantly connected as friends, and soon became house mates. She is one of the kindest and most genuine people I know. She has been my rock in times of need, and the person I can always have a good time with. She has always encouraged me with everything that I have done and wanted to do thus far. Amanda is currently a high school guidance counselor in Roanoke, Virginia where she is literally help shape and encourage youth to strive for their dreams. She is such a great person and I am so excited for her to bring the PARTY to my wedding party.

Samantha was the first friend I made at Hollins. We both played volleyball and became roommates and besties for life very fast. She is nicest person I know, and the most world travelled. She has accomplished so much at such a young age, and continually makes me proud with every achievement. Sam has been been such a supporter of me and Devonte's relationship. Her smile lights up every room and I am honored to have her with me on my big day.

Kayla is my lovely and beautiful cousin. She is a kind, intelligent, and strong women that I am so very proud to call my little cousin ( I am the oldest by 1 year!). I have always admired Kayla's maturity and ability to keep it real with a smile on her face. Currently, Kayla is in NYC working at The Fashion Institute of Technology. I could not imagine my wedding day without her, and I can't wait to see what is in store for her future next. LOVE YOU COUSIN!

Jasmine is my amazing cousin. She is by far the chillest person I know and I aspire for her poise everyday. She is also very smart and an amazing mother. Jasmine has always been a part on my biggest days so I am so happy to have her with me as a bridesmaid on my wedding day.

Shania is my future sister-in-law and the little sister I always wanted and now I have. I met her when she was 15, and we instantly connected. I have always said that she is the most mature young lady that I have met, and she has proven that as I have watched her enter adulthood. She has been so loving to me and I am so grateful to be her big sister and have her standing with me on our big day.

Will Gant is the best cousin ever and sometimes I even just call him my brother. He's always there for me and the memories just continue to roll each day. Lord knows that our relationship as grown stronger the older we become. This moment would be nothing without having him as one of my best men.

Malcolm is the "always on the road cousin" and will pull up to any event ready to party. He is just like a brother to me and is always there to talk. Malcolm once drove 12 hours to watch me graduation college! This man is literally the best cousin ever. This moment would mean nothing without him being here. Thank you for being one of my best men.
