FAQs

Question

When is the wedding?

Answer

We rented an entire summer camp from Friday, September 4th 12:00pm - Sunday, September 6th 11:30am. We'd love for you to join us for any part of the wedding weekend that works for you - from the full camp experience to just the ceremony and reception. Whether you're staying all weekend or just stopping by, we can't wait to celebrate with you! *reminder that this is Labor Day weekend

Question

When is the ceremony itself?

Answer

The ceremony itself will take place on Saturday, September 5th at 3:00pm.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception will be semi-formal attire. Think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, slacks, button downs, ties optional, and dress shoes. Please bear in mind that the ceremony will be held outdoors on grass which may not be ideal for high heels. For the remainder of the weekend at camp, feel free to keep things casual and comfortable. We recommend bringing layers and practical shoes in order to enjoy everything camp has to offer!

Question

Alcohol

Answer

We'll be providing signature cocktails at both the rehearsal dinner and reception. Guests are also welcome to BYOB for those events and throughout the weekend. Feel free to bring your favorite beer, seltzers, or liquor to enjoy responsibly while relaxing at camp with friends and family! Please be mindful of shared spaces and clean up after yourselves so everyone can enjoy the weekend.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We're so excited to celebrate with our whole family, and children are warmly welcome throughout the wedding weekend. Since we'll all be together at camp, we hope the weekend feels fun and relaxed for guests of all ages. Please just keep in mind that children will need to be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, especially around the lake and camp activities.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your love and well wishes are the most important gifts of all. If you would like to contribute in another way, a monetary gift will help us as we plan our future together.

Question

Accommodations:

Answer

Guests are welcomed to stay on-site in one of our venue's shared bunk-style cabins for a flat fee of $100 per person (whether you stay one or two nights). Linens are available for an additional fee of $35 per person or you can bring your own.

Question

Are the guest cabins private?

Answer

No, guest cabin accommodations are NOT private. Guest accommodations entail staying in a communal room with multiple bunk beds (there are 12-14 bunkbeds per cabin). Each bunk house has its own bathroom(s) and shower(s).

Question

What should I pack?

Answer

We recommend layers for cool evenings by the lake, comfortable shoes, a swimsuit, sunscreen, bug spray, and anything else you'd want for a relaxing weekend outdoors. If you have them, feel free to bring kayaks, paddleboards, small boats, fishing gear, or your favorite outdoor lawn game to enjoy during downtime around camp and the lake.

Question

Will there be cell service or Wi-Fi?

Answer

There is no Wi-Fi and cell service at camp can be limited depending on your carrier, so plan accordingly and enjoy unplugging for the weekend!

Question

Can we bring a camper or tent?

Answer

Yes! Guests are welcome to bring a camper or tent for the weekend. We just ask that you please let us know ahead of time so we can plan space and accommodations accordingly.
