Welcome Event / Overnight Guest Check-In

During this time our overnight guests are welcome to check-in and get settled into their cabins. Once you're set up we welcome you to join us for outdoor lawn games, swimming, kayaking, and a variety of other outdoor activities
Rehearsal Dinner
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Join us Friday evening as we kick off the wedding weekend with our rehearsal dinner and welcome gathering. We're so excited to spend time with everyone before the big day. There will be good friends, good food, good drinks, and a post dinner bonfire with s'mores!

Wedding Day Breakfast

Start our wedding day with us over breakfast at camp! Guests staying on-site are invited to enjoy a relaxed morning with breakfast, coffee, and time together before the wedding festivities begin.
Morning & Afternoon - Camp Activities and Relaxation
9:00 am - 2:30 pm
Spend the day enjoying everything camp has to offer - kayak on the lake, explore hiking trails, play lawn games, basketball, tennis, swim, or simply relax and spend time with friends and family before the celebration begins.
Guest Arrival & Seating
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Guests are encouraged to arrive and get settled before the ceremony begins.
Lakeside Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Join us by the water as we exchange vows surrounded by family, friends, and the beauty of the Maine outdoors.
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Enjoy cocktails and a light bite by the lake while the newlyweds sneak away for photos. Relax, mingle, and soak in the celebration before dinner and dancing begin.
Reception Dinner & Dancing
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Join us inside the lodge for an evening of delicious food, heartfelt speeches, and plenty of dancing. We can't wait to celebrate with all of our favorite people!
Campfire After Party

Late night s'mores, music, and one last campfire celebration under the stars!

Farewell Breakfast

Enjoy coffee and breakfast while soaking in the final few camp moments with friends and family.
Camp Check-Out

Please pack up personal belongings and check out of cabins by 11:00am. We are so grateful you spent the weekend celebrating with us and hope you leave with wonderful memories of camp!
