Welcome Dinner

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We know many of our guests will be traveling great distances to join us and we would love to spend as much time with you as possible. We will be hosting a welcome dinner with some real Austin barbecue at a local downtown brewery.

Ceremony, Reception and Dancing

5:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

An outdoor ceremony followed by a cocktail hour and a plated meal, with dancing and dessert to round out the celebration! Transportation will be provided to and from the venue, with shuttles departing from both the Embassy Suites and Aloft/Element hotels.

Farewell Breakfast

7:30 am - 9:00 am

If you have time before heading out of Austin, we'd love for you to join us for a casual drop-in breakfast at the Embassy Suites Hotel. This is open to both guests of the Embassy Suites and people staying elsewhere.
