The wine you received for the save the date is Gerard Bertrand "Cote des Roses" 2022 Rose. It is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault from the Languedoc. The color is a soft, pale, brilliant pink. The bouquet releases aromas of summer fruits, strawberry and floral notes of rose along with hints of grapefruit complete the picture. On the palate the impression is fresh and full, with great aromatic persistence and balance. The finish is fresh, offering notes of candy. This Languedoc Rose is ideal as an aperitif, with your favorite cheese, with shellfish and subtly spiced dishes.
