We met for the first time at a trade show in New Orleans. Devon was organizing the event and Steve was working as a presenter. While the encounter might have been brief, it left a lasting impact on both of us. Over the next several years, we would occasionally see each other at events, but the timing was just never right. Six years later, after another trade show in Last Vegas in 2017, the timing finally was right. We went on an official date and have been inseparable ever since!

We love to travel so it would come as no surprise that the proposal was atop a mountain in South Africa! We spent 2 weeks in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Zambia exploring. On one of the last days of vacation, we hiked to the top of Lions Head, the most picturesque mountains in Capetown, and Steve dropped to a knee at sunset and proposed. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in the French Countryside!
