The beginning of one Carleton College school year found Devon frequently socializing with Jeremy's roommate Rudy, and Jeremy played tennis with Devon's roommate, Sarah. And yet, tragically, the two passed one another on that campus for years like ships in the night. Sigh. But fear not! The spring intramural frisbee season brought hope for this love story. While wearing the obnoxiously bright orange of the UNCUT intramural team, Devon and Jeremy finally met while tossing the disc and crushing the competition. They stayed doing just that through time in Minnesota, Iowa, and finally Oregon.
